Organization Study With Diagnostic Report

Gain valuable insights into your organization's strengths and weaknesses through a questionnaire.

The diagnostic Study of an organization provides historical documentation of the process of transformation and a perspective of the growth of the organization. The past, present and the future. The past reflects the contributions and the codings the organization carries from the leaders and their influence on the present. The present reflects the aspirations and hopes of the employees and its contribution to future growth. The future reflects the possibilities, probabilities and potential of people and the organization so it can be translated into future growth. The process of the study is also an internal benchmarking and realistic objective assessment of the organization so that a shared clarity, understanding and direction of how the organization started, grew, and has arrived at this threshold. It provides clarity on the strengths of the enterprise and where are the points through which the organization can be taken from incremental growth to exponential growth. It also provides clarity of where it is going and the destinations it could go. The individuals in the leadership roles then can make choices of preparing their people as well as the organization for future directions and growth.

Evaluation And Assessment Using Advanced Tools

Leadership evaluation and assessment tools developed to examine a variety of competencies and behaviors.

With the agreement of the organization and individual, psychometric assessment is initiated to expedite the upgrading of management knowledge and role perspectives of the top & senior management as well as other employees. There are profiling tools like MBTI, 16 PF, statement completion, managerial, leadership and organizational mapping and similar others available. CPI and MRM are two such tools. These two tests provide a benchmarking of one’s own role to the individual and provide a collective role played by the group and the organization culture of work.

 California Psychological Inventory (CPI)

CPI is a questionnaire with 462 questions. CPI has four variables or measures:-

  •       Leadership and social interface
  •       Socialization and role taking
  •       Intellectual and task orientation (self esteem)
  •       Emotional and sensitivity orientation (relational)

These variables for which the inventory is scaled are called folk concepts. There are 20 folk concepts that are considered while assessing the CPIs.

Managerial Role Mapping (MRM)

MRM is both a qualitative and quantitative managerial questionnaire with 120 questions on a four by five matrix.

The Managerial Role Mapping (MRM) explores the attitudinal and behavioral perspective of each manager through the mapping of managerial profile. MRM is designed on a four by five matrix.

The MRM provides each individual a benchmark to explore his own managerial profile with reference to the concept of responsibility, authority, teamwork and identity.

A written documentation is prepared with analysis and interpretation

One to one meeting for one hour discussing the profile and or
