Renowned for her notable accomplishments in the fields of leadership, human resources, and education, Prof. Indira J. Parikh is an acclaimed educator. She has a multifaceted history, serving as the President of Antardisha, Founder President of FLAME University and Dean at IIM-Ahmedabad. Dr. Parikh’s experience includes establishing management development programs, performing diagnostic studies for firms and serving as an independent director on the boards of more than two dozen companies. She has received numerous lifetime achievement awards for her contributions to education and women’s rights. Her academic work and publications regarding identity, culture, and leadership have earned her widespread recognition. She is currently working on a leadership model involving life stages, places, and leadership in changing social and organizational scenarios.

    EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ph.D. in Education from Gujarat University, Ahmedabad, India in 1979.
  • M.A. in Social Studies from the University of Rochester, New York, USA in 1969.
  • Additional training in group process work, counselling, psychometric assessment, managerial and organizational assessment, and Rorschach techniques.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ph.D. in Education from Gujarat University, Ahmedabad, India in 1979.
